AlterCGT

Manipulates the internal structure of a CGT file, producing a functionally-equivalent CGT file.

This can be useful for adjusting the tables in a CGT to more closely match another CGT, without actually changing its behavior. This way, their DumpCGT outputs will be easier to compare, and any behavioral differences will be easier to identify.

This tool can also be useful if you need to use a CGT with a GOLD engine that makes improper assumptions about how certain data in the CGT should be laid out.
